The Nerazzurri wrapped up their Serie A season yesterday with a 1-0 victory in Turin. This puts them on course for next Saturday’s showdown at Istanbul’s Atatürk stadium with 11 wins from their last 12 competitive matches. “It was a complicated season with a World Cup in the middle and we struggled for a while, but we’ve ended it on a high, with the last two or three months being fantastic. It’s a dream, because the Champions League final is the biggest game there is at club level. We’re all proud, but also aware that we’ve earned this opportunity on the pitch. We’re going there to win,” Gosens told Sky Sport Italia.
