Paulo Dybala and Renato Sanches were both back in training with Roma on Tuesday afternoon as the Giallorossi begin their preparations for Sunday’s Serie A match against Lecce.
Dybala hasn’t played in any of Roma’s last three games in Serie A and the Europa League, after suffering a minor collateral ligament injury in the 4-1 win over Cagliari on October 8. Renato Sanches is also back in training with the rest of the Roma first team. The Portuguese has played just 98 minutes of competitive soccer since arriving on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. Sanches played in the season opener against Salernitana, before opening his goal account in the 7-0 win over Empoli three games later. However, he hasn’t played since suffering a hamstring problem against Sheriff in Europe on September 21. Roma have released a brief extract from their Tuesday session, showing Dybala and Sanches involved in the squad.
