Mike Maignan has returned to training with the French national team, after missing his country’s EURO qualifying match against the Republic of Ireland.
Maignan is now back in training with the rest of the squad, a relief for AC Milan ahead of the derby against Inter on Saturday. However, his club team-mate Theo Hernandez was not present at Sunday’s session after suffering a knock against Ireland on Thursday evening. Reported by French media outlet RMC Sport, the left-back has a minor calf problem, but the injury does not appear to be particularly serious. France will play a friendly against Germany on Tuesday, before the players return to their respective clubs.
