La Gazzetta dello Sport notes that Inter win games “even if they don’t want to”. while the Nerazzurri are in first place, 18 points ahead of Juventus.

It’s only a matter of time before Inter win the 20th Serie A title in their history, while enjoying an 18-point lead over second-placed Juventus at the top of the table. On Saturday, they claimed their 24th league victory in 28 games this season, beating Thiago Motta’s Bologna 1-0 at the Stadio Dall’Ara. Simone Inzaghi made changes to the starting eleven for next week’s Champions League match against Atletico Madrid, leaving Lautaro Martinez, Benjamin Pavard and Federico Dimarco on the bench. After second-half substitutions, the only four regulars to finish the game in Bologna were Yann Sommer, Francesco Acerbi, Matteo Damian and Alessandro Bastoni, but the Nerazzurri still claimed a comfortable victory. “The feeling is that Inter are winning even if they don’t want to,” wrote our La Gazzetta dello Sport colleagues. Inter have now won 10 consecutive games and earned 75 points, which means that Inzaghi can beat Antonio Conte’s points record from the 2013-14 campaign when his Juventus team finished the season with 102. Inter can earn 105 points this season.
