AC Milan are aware that it might be difficult to recruit Nicolò Zaniolo from Roma and have reportedly set their sights on Frenchman Allan Saint-Maximin.
Indeed, Zaniolo has made it clear to Roma that he wants to leave this month and AC Milan have emerged as a contender, but their current offer is unlikely to convince the Giallorossi, forcing them to consider alternatives. As reported by TMW, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have started to keep a close eye on Saint-Maximin, believing that he could be an exciting signing for AC Milan this month. The 25-year-old Frenchman, who is under contract with Newcastle until 2026, has had limited chances under Eddie Howe this season, playing just 479 minutes in 12 games.
