AC Milan are set to be without Fikayo Tomori for at least two months after tests revealed a myotendinous lesion in the right biceps femoris.

This type of injury usually requires at least two months of inactivity, although at the moment it doesn’t appear that surgery will be necessary. It’s a devastating blow for one of the team’s only remaining players to have managed to avoid injury so far this season. Tomori joins Tommaso Pobega, Pierre Kalulu, Malick Thiaw, Marco Pellegrino, Yunus Musah and Noah Okafor in the infirmary. Simon Kjaer is the only fit central defender in the team.
