Felipe Anderson remains a target for Juventus as a free agent, but new information indicates that he’s considering a contract extension with Lazio . The Brazilian looked set to leave when negotiations to sign a new deal at the Stadio Olimpico stalled.
His current contract expires on June 30 and he could already start agreeing terms with his next club at this stage. Juve were the clear favorites, but the situation is still evolving, as LaLazioSiamoNoi.it and Tuttomercatoweb claim that Felipe Anderson is now ready to reopen the door to discuss a possible extension at Lazio and negotiations have resumed. He turns 31 in April and this is his second spell at Lazio, having already played for the Biancocelesti from 2013 to 2018. After spells at West Ham United and FC Porto, he returned in the summer of 2021 and helped the team to second place in Serie A last season. So far this season, performances have been more frustrating, with just two goals and seven assists in 31 competitive games.
