Fabio Paratici’s position as Tottenham sporting director is reportedly under threat after being handed a 30-month ban by the Federal Court of Appeal.
Last night, the decision was made by the Federal Court to impose a 15-point penalty on Juventus and bans on various current and former directors. As TMW pointed out, the Federal Court also asked that the bans on the directors involved be extended to UEFA and FIFA, which would mean trouble for Tottenham sporting director Paratici, who received a two and a half year suspension. Juventus is now appealing the decision, which will be explained in the coming days, to the Collegio di Garanzia of the CONI.
