After his short stint with OL last autumn and a record of one win in seven games, Fabio Grosso could already be back on the bench, and in Serie A no less. Indeed, the Sassuolo club are struggling, having taken just three points from four games so far this new year, and are only one point clear of the red zone.

In the event of another negative result against Torino tomorrow, coach Alessio Dionisi could be sacked and the favourite to replace him is Fabio Grosso. The Italian coach and 2006 world champion is coming off a promotion to Serie A with Frosinone last season, after which he opted not to extend his tenure and embarked on an unsuccessful adventure abroad.
