Inter have recruited Davy Klaassen from Ajax as a last-minute reinforcement for Simone Inzaghi’s team, securing a low-cost deal.
The Nerazzurri have been working hard to strengthen their squad this summer, recruiting a number of players including Davide Frattesi, Benjamin Pavard, Marcus Thuram and Carlos Augusto. Today’s Gazzetta dello Sport highlights the details of Klaassen’s deal with Inter, joining the club on a free transfer from Ajax. He signed a one-year contract worth 1.5 million euros net per season, with an option for a second based on favorable terms. During his time at Ajax, Klaassen played 321 games in all competitions, scoring 93 goals and providing 50 assists. His arrival adds further depth to Inzaghi’s midfield.
