Roma president Dan Friedkin arrived in the Italian capital on Monday to discuss the club’s future. Discussions will also focus on the future of coach José Mourinho and sporting director Tiago Pinto.
Dan Friedkin will be addressing a number of issues at Roma in the coming days. First and foremost, the future of José Mourinho, whose contract expires this summer. As yet, the Portuguese has received no offer of an extension. The club certainly has no intention of making one, and the Special One could leave freely at the end of the season. His next destination could be Saudi Arabia. Corriere Dello Sport reports that the Giallorossi owner no longer wants the former Chelsea man. The latter’s recent comments on the calendar didn’t please him. Tiago Pinto’s future will also be on the agenda.
