Several sources in Italy claim that Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has demanded a salary of €30 million to join Al Nassr, so negotiations with the Saudi club are continuing.
Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com report that the Croatian international has rejected a contract offer of €20 million per year from the Saudi club, demanding €30 million per season. Inter are believed to have agreed to sell Brozovic for 23 million euros, but the player has not given the green light. The Nerazzurri need to sell the 30-year-old to raise funds to buy Sassuolo and Italy midfielder Davide Frattesi. Negotiations between Al-Nassr and “Epic Brozo” will continue today, but it remains to be seen whether the Saudi club will meet its demands. Barcelona remain interested in Brozovic, and it is thought that the player would demand a lower salary at the Camp Nou where he can continue to play in Europe.
