Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni has finally been ruled out of Italy’s match against Spain due to a fever and replaced by Torino’s Alessandro Buongiorno.
Bastoni didn’t train with Italy in Coverciano yesterday morning due to a fever and will not be available against Spain in the Nations League semi-final. The 24-year-old has played 38 games for the Granata this season. The experienced Juventus defender is expected to start at center-back alongside Francesco Acerbi against La Roja.
