Robin Gosens will not participate in Inter’s return match in the Champions League against Porto.

The Nerazzurri won 1-0 over the Portuguese team in the first leg of their round of 16 tie, giving them a slight advantage ahead of the second leg in Portugal. As announced by Inter, Gosens underwent a series of medical tests today after feeling pain in the medial collateral ligament of his left leg. Although no serious injury was found, he will still be rested for the upcoming match with Porto. With the international break approaching, the German winger could be rested until the game against Fiorentina, scheduled for April 1. Gosens has made 33 appearances in all competitions this season for Inter, totaling 1172 minutes. During that time, he has scored two goals.
