AC Milan will be without striker Samuel Chukwueze for the upcoming games against Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain after suffering an injury during the international break.
The Nigerian striker suffered a hamstring injury and was ruled out of his team’s match against Mozambique. It is not known exactly how serious the damage is, but the AC Milan press release mentions that there is damage to the biceps femoris. This type of injury usually requires at least a few weeks, and more likely a month, depending on the depth of the injury. This is the worst possible timing, ahead of a series of matches that will see the Rossoneri take on Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Napoli between Serie A and the Champions League. Theo Hernandez and goalkeeper Mike Maignan are suspended for the clash with Juventus. Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ismael Bennacer, Mattia Caldara and Rade Krunic are also suffering from injuries.
