Aurelio De Laurentiis gives details of new Napoli coach

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis spoke to Rai. The Italian executive gave clues as to who he is looking for as the club’s future coach.

“We are evaluating coaches for the 4-3-3 with our extraordinary players that we want to keep, I’ve evaluated about ten profiles that can test themselves with this module, I will choose the best one to continue the cycle. I still want to sow seeds, and I need the support of all Neapolitans. When you create change, there can be moments that shouldn’t be frightening because everything has to improve and so we will continue to be the only soccer team that has been in Europe for 14 years and that says a lot about the choice of many coaches. My advantage is that I can’t play soccer, but I can be an entrepreneur. I don’t get carried away by sentimentality, even though I am sentimental, but I have to be as rational as possible and I have to check, talk and understand with everyone, what’s going on. Of course, I can be wrong too. So far, we haven’t made many mistakes and I hope that this time, too, we’ll hit the nail on the head,” said De Laurentiis.
