Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and coach Rudi Garcia recently had a chat about the club’s results. De Laurentiis reportedly gave the Frenchman three games to turn things around. When asked about the matter, the former said there was no question of making a hasty decision. But the club’s objectives are clear: to finish in the top four.
“I will make the most appropriate decisions when the time comes. The final four can’t be conditional. You must always pause for reflection. Any hasty decision is bad. You have to alleviate the need to have everything immediately, it’s not possible in life. Head down, pedal and work. That’s life. Panta Rei, everything flows, we’ll see. When you hire a coach who no longer knows Italian soccer, maybe he’s having a hard time,” Aurelio De Laurentiis told La Repubblica.
