Despite various rumors that Angel Di Maria is ready to leave Juventus this summer, recent reports suggest that the World Cup winner is ready to stay in Turin.
The 35-year-old winger signed a one-year contract with the Old Lady last summer after joining on a free transfer. Things didn’t start well for Di Maria in the Piedmont capital and fans quickly turned against him, accusing him of simply using the club as a way to stay fit for the World Cup in Qatar. Things have changed for Di Maria in recent weeks, however, and he has found a new lease on life in Turin after the success in Qatar. As reported by Tuttosport, Di Maria is now seriously considering staying with Juventus for another season and is waiting to hear from the club, which is currently concerned about the various legal issues that threaten him off the field.
