Roma and José Mourinho are off to a complicated start to the season. Analysing the club’s situation on Sky Sports, former AC Milan legend Alessandro Costacurta tried to explain the Special One’s problem and how to remedy it.
“I don’t like watching Roma, I don’t see any organization behind it that serves to make good play. But I don’t even think it’s important for the coach. Mourinho focuses on certain dynamics, and if they’re missing, that’s a problem. Today, that’s exactly what seems to be happening. It seems to me that the unity of action we’ve always seen in Mourinho’s teams isn’t there. There may be many reasons for this, but also less emotionalism on Mourinho’s part. We’re on day six or seven, but it’s also true that they’ve scored five points from as many goals,” said Alessandro Costacurta.
