White smoke at last. Luca Pellegrini is not expected to return to the Juventus team. The club has reached an agreement with Lazio to send the player back on loan. All that remains is the medical examination and the official announcement.
Luca Pellegrini joined Lazio on loan from Juventus last winter. He played 8 games for the Italian capital club. Lazio have negotiated a new deal for the Italian defender. At the end of the negotiations, an agreement was reached for a new two-year loan with an option to buy. Juve will pay half of the former Roma player’s salary. Maurizio Sarri’s club could then exercise the purchase option, which would directly include a further two years, reports La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
