AC Milan are eagerly awaiting the results of tests on Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but early reports suggest that he’ll almost certainly miss the Borussia Dortmund and Genoa games .
The England international limped off during the 2-0 Serie A win over Lazio . Sky Sport Italia reports that sources within the club are convinced he won’t be ready for the Champions League meeting with Borussia Dortmund or next week’s Serie A match against Genoa. Initial reports indicated that it was a groin problem, but these have been adjusted to suggest that it’s an abdominal strain he sustained by twisting too quickly. This is a problem for AC Milan, who are already missing Rade Krunic, Ismael Bennacer, Pierre Kalulu and Mattia Caldara.
