Despite their summer signings, AC Milan are not yet satisfied with their attack. The Lombardy club is already looking to the future. Jonathan David could be the next recruit in this area.
In today’s edition, the Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that AC Milan are on the trail of Jonathan David, currently with Lille. The American center-forward has a contract expiring in the summer of 2025. The Rossoneri’s objective is to take action as early as next summer, a year before the end of his lease with Les Dogues. This timing is designed to reduce the player’s current €60 million price tag. With a year to go before the end of his lease, AC Milan could offer him for as little as €40 million.
