Edin Dzeko was clear about Inter’s ambitions and hunger before their Champions League semi-final clash with AC Milan.
Milan’s interurban rivals are in a relatively more difficult moment, having drawn their last two league games against Cremonese and Roma. Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Dzeko began by reacting to Inter’s 6-0 win over Hellas Verona. “Of course I missed scoring, but I have already scored my most important goals, it is not that I suffer when I do not score. Of course it is important for a striker, but I don’t look at the statistics. The important thing is to go to the Champions League final, to qualify for the Champions League with Inter and to win the Coppa Italia. AC Milan is a strong team, they are not in the Champions League semi-finals by chance. But we believe in ourselves, we know we have many strong players,” said Dzeko .
