Several sources continue to report that AC Milan have chosen Bologna striker Marko Arnautovic to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who will not extend his contract.
Although there are also plans to bring in a younger striker, the Rossoneri still want a veteran who can fill Ibra’s role in the team and the dressing room. It has been reported for months now that Arnautovic is the first choice, and this is only becoming more apparent with Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia, MilanNews and more all confirming direct contact with his agents. Arnautovic turns 34 in April and is under contract until June 2025, so Bologna would need €8 million to sell the Austrian international.
